Why Do I Have Popping Sensation In Hip Bones?

Hi I'm Elizabeth and I'm 10 yrs. old. yesterday I fell hard on 2 of of my snapped bones. My mom said she wants to talk to me about my health, as in that I've been walking weird. My right knee bone almost "shoots" in and out. My left hip bone pops out of the sockit whenever I take a step and then goes back in. Other doctors think it's significant to find on a kid, but that's just how it works. Can you help me convince my mom for me to get crutches??
