Why Do I Have Recurrent Swollen Red Spots On My Face Every Month For The Past Six Months?

I have swollen red spots that come up on my face every month for the past six months. They’re getting progressively worse. Dermatologist doesn’t know. GYN doesn’t know. I don’t have an appointment with a family doc for bloodwork until next week... by then the spots will have faded and won’t be swollen.
