Why Do I Have Severe Heeadache 3 Days Before My Periods ?
Hi Doctor , Im 30 years old and married. every alternative days im having severe headeah only left side. scpecially before 3 days of my periods. please adivce me any medicine or home made medicin. during those days cannot even work. im a working lady and its very dificult for me.

it seems you are having migrane
whenever you get the hint of getting pain you can take simple patnkiller like paracetamol like p650 /crocin etc and rest for a while till the pain disappears .the tab may be repeated 3 to 4 times
avoid tension in any form and quiet place will help
medcine like migrest also can be taken
consult physician and get a check up to exclude any organic illness

This seems to be migraine, you need to consult your neurologist or your physician, for this problem. There is no cure for this but only certain preventive measures can get rid of you from this migraine. Till that time you can take paracetamol whenever you feel you are getting a headache.
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Everyday have food at the same time
3. Sleep for 7-8 hours continuously
4. Avoid going into the sun
5. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
6. Avoid:
Coffee/tea, chocolates, ice creams, cheese, fizzy drinks
