Why Do I Have Severe Numbness While Sleeping?

Hello, I have been experiencing numbness when sleeping in my right hand almost every night and sometimes in my left hand as well. IT is my fingers that general go numb and after shaking them or making a fist the feeling comes back about a minute after. I notice that in the morning even though My fingers do not go numb during the day my forarm seems tight as well as fingers. anything sisister going on?, i ve tried all diffent sleeping positions and still the same numbness, it has been going on now for about 3 months

Dear madam,
he numbness of any art of he body is due to lack of blood supply once the blood supply is restored the numbness goes off this is the cause for your numbness of your hands so sleep putting hands by your sides and lay back
