Why Do I Have Small Wounds On My Body ?

i have several small wound on my body, where ever it is the skin becomes dark around the wound. My skin becomes dry in foot area. i have also some pinching pain in opposite part of heart .

apply good moisturizer cream twice a day.
dont scratch any wound
drink plenty of water a day
avoid direct sunlight
