Why Do I Have Sore Throat And Earache After Tooth Removal And Insertion Of Lower Denture?

I had numerous teeth removed and a partial lower denture inserted 5 days ago. Overall the partial feels ok with only some slight adjustments needed. my problem is that since having the procedure I have had a sore throat and earache (both sides), not severe but irritating. Any ideas???

Hello, thank you for sharing your problem with us.
It can be possible that the tooth placed in the denture are slightly high from the rest teeth, in this condition there is pressure on the temporomandibular joint (joint of jaw) that is why you are feeling referred pain in the ear.
I think you should visit your dentist once again and get the denture rechecked.
Ok Take Care.
