Why Do I Have Sores On My Penis After Oral Sex?

My wife was performing oral sex on me about a week ago - more like 5 days and she scraped it with her teeth causing a small abrasion.... Since that time i started to have some tenderness in my glands near my pelvis and then i started to now have some sores - almost like athletes foot with white pus spots. What could this be?

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of glans penis (Ballanitis ) due to unprotected oral sex.

Oral cavity contains plenty of bacterial flora hence one is prone to get infection after having oral sex.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

This will get cured within 5 days.
