Why Do I Have Spurts Of Warm Sensation In My Inner Right Thigh?

Hi, I have a warm sensation in my inner thigh (right leg) coming and going fairly quickly. It started earlier today closer to my inner knee, but now is traveling up my thigh and getting closer to the groin area. Is this something I should be concerned about?
