lymph nodes can be enlarged as a reactive mechanism to various conditions like infection to malignancy.
it is enlarged in the conditions stated above affecting the organ it drains respectively.
i would advise you to get a complete health check done with a mammograph done.
however if the nodes are tender and painful it would be more due to an infection.
if the symptoms worsen cann your emergency number.
