Why Do I Have Throat Pain, Difficulty Swallowing, Cough, Runny Nose, Voice Changes, And Burning Sensation?

Hi, doctor it has been 4 days since my upper throat hurts. And now, I have a runny nose and a cough. I have noticed that my palatoglossal arch is painful only on the right side and now it transferred on the left. I also noticed that I have a hard time swallowing especially liquids, I am feeling a burning sensation. I have a change in my voice too and a mild headache. I am taking some betadine gargle and ibuprofen. I hope you can help me, doctor! Thank you.
