Why Do I Have Tingling Sensation In The Lower Right Calf And Right Ear Area?

HELLO!! I have a tingling in 2 spots on my body, my lower right leg on the calf and on my right ear and the area around it. The leg tingling only happens when I am standing up, once I sit or lay down, it stops. The ear tingling happens sitting down or standing up.
