Why Do I Have Venous Insufficiency In My Legs And Big Orange-reddish Marks On My Legs?

i have veinosous insufficiency on my legs. the past month i have been getting these big orange-reddish marks on my legs. at first i thought they were bruises because i get them on my legs alot. lately they are itchy and almost like a rash.
