Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are going through a difficult time due to your problems. From the description of your symptoms, it appears that you are suffering from an anxiety disorder. Anxiety can present with not only psychological symptoms but also with physical symptoms such as dizziness, vomiting sensation, etc.
However, you need a detailed evaluation to arrive at a definitive diagnosis and initiate appropriate treatment. So, I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further treatment. Effective treatment is available in the form of medication or counselling.
Wish you all the best.
