Why Do I Have Weird Feeling In My Head After Falling On Grass 2 Days Ago?

i fell about 5 feet flat on my back and back of my head...landed o cold wet grass but I did not think I was going to get up...I felt a rush of pain from the back of my head to the front...I waited a bit and got up...its two days later and I feel like I have been moving heavy furnitture....I weigh 270lbs

I can understand your concern. This feeling of head moving is vertigo and it can occur after head injury. Before its treatment, you should first rule out dangerous signs of head injury,
: vomiting
: loss of consciousness for more than 5 min or decreasing consciousness
: onset of new focal deficit
: fits
: persistent headache not responding to painkillers
: bleed through nose/ear/throat
If any of these signs, consult doctor as soon as possible. He might get CT head to rule out fracture or intracranial bleed. Further management will be decided after CT report.


If no above signs, you can follow few tips
: Apply icepacks at injury site
: Take painkiller like Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription
: For vertigo, you can take bed rest
: Antivertigo medication like Beta-histine or Cinnarizine tablet after proper prescription.
If still no relief, consult doctor.
