Why Do I Keep Bleeding All The Time?

Iv been bleeding alot.It first began after i gave birth to my daughter three years ago...I went to the doctor an he put me on birth control pills i took them for about a year then stoped.then i started bleeding all the time again.So i went to the doctor again an git put on the Depo shot..well i stayed on it for a year an now im bleeding again..
