Why Do I Keep Feeling Quick Thuds In My Chest And Throat?

Hi I am trying to figure out why I keep getting these thuds in my chest / throat I can’t figure out if it’s a heart palpitation or Gerd acid reflux. The thud or jump feeling is usually quick but they have been coming through the day for 3 days, Also I can see and feel my heart beat just below my left rib cage towards the middle abdomen I had an ekg and was normal I have been trying to get to a cardiologist but they sent me to the wrong doctor.
