Why Do I Repeatedly Get Water-filled Bumps Near My Lips That Appear In Clusters, Take About 10 Days To Heal, And Leave Marks?

Why do I get pimples near lips area.. But they are typically not pimples they are like bubbles with water filled in it which is always grown either on sides of my lips or just under them.. They always grow in 3-4 in numbers in groups with water filled in it and then takes 10 days almost to shrink and always leaves a mark
