Why Do I Still Experience Low Back Pain While Having Mild Disc Bulges At L4-L5 And L5-S1?

Hi doctor i am a software engineer facing low back pain i can t sit for too long i did MRI but MRI machine is 0.3T MRI, showing i am having mild disc bulge at L4 L5,L5 S1, but there is no nerve compression or spinal canal compression but still having low back pain, i am scared about my career, after recovery can i able to sit long ?
