Why Do I Still Get Painful Blind Pimples Despite Using Deriva-M And Benzoyl Peroxide For 2 Years?

I have been using deriva me and benzoyl peroxide for a long time(2 years) for my acne. Though my oinples had reduced alot like 70% , they are not going away permanently, I am mostly facing blind pimples which are painful. Can you please suggest what can be done next to clear out my skin completely? P.S.- I have pinples for 5 years and started medications two years back. I am 25 years old.

Hello,

Pimples even at the age of 25 could be because of hormonal issues. Avoid all sugar products and junk food. Regular brisk walking for at least 30 minutes every day is advisable.

It is better if you consult dermatologist to know what grade of acne you have, to prescribe proper treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
