Why Do I Still Have Pain, Bleeding, Foul-smelling Discharge, And Discomfort After Treatment With Antibiotics?

Good afternoon doctor am having problem with pain bleeding after period increase of discharge leakge and foul smell discomfort sharp and dull pain what can i do because i go to a doctor and get antibiotics and injections and it still having the same problem
