Why Do I Still Have Persistent Loose Motions On Day 4 After Recovering From COVID-19, Fever And Cold?

4 day back I had fever and cold went to hospital tested positive wit covid 19..i have been taking medicine with good diet.. Now my loose motions are not stoping it s day 4 for that fever is gone cold is gone little bit of cought is there what should I do should for ors Or glucose as I can feel my body has very low amount of water left
