Why Do I Suddenly Feel Hot Faint And Start Sweating?

Hi for a while now when I m out eating with friends or at work I suddenly go all hot start sweating and my vision gos all blurry and I feel sick and feel faint? It makes me not want to go out and eat out with friends. Iv checked my blood sugar at work when it s happened and it s fine what could it be?

You have not mentioned your age and gender which might have significance on this. If you are a woman, the hot flushes, as they are called, may be due to difference in levels of certain hormones like reduced levels of FSH and reduced levels of estradiol which particularly occurs in perimenopausal age.
There is another possibility irrespective of age and gender. It could be that when you take a heavy meal, the blood flow is redirected to the stomach. In the meantime as the blood flow to the brain is reduced, it is possible that you feel faint. The blood sugar would be unaffected in both the cases.

Well come to HCM
If this was the first episode, and this was not happened before then this need to be investigated for some cardiac disease and for that EKG is must along with this better to get done the CT brain also, if these turned unremarkable then the symptoms could be due to vasovagal response could be due to functional condition either or may be due to digestive dysfunction, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
