Why Do I Suffer From Abdominal And Lower Back Pain?
Have for over six months suffered from lower abdominal pain, like period pain, although am 63. I also suffer from lower back pain due to disc problems. Mainly left hand side. Sometimes severe. Had blood test for ovarian cancer which was negative. Feel bloated and suffer from constipation.

Let us simplify:
The pain in lower abdomen like a period can be due to a cystocele or rectocele associated with prolapse of uterus and you need a physical examination by a Gynecologist for this. If too large , you may have to undergo corrective surgery.
Bloating and constipation will simply be alright with the right dosage of laxative most suited to you and relieves the problem too.
