Why Do I Sweat Excessively In Certain Areas After Walking, Feel Cold Despite Warmth, And Have Breathing Issues?

After I walk for a 10 minutes my back will be completly socked from my sweat. Same thing with under chest, armpits, the areas behind the knees, scalp, groin area. A lot of times my skin feels cold, feet and hands also feels cold, even tough im in hot room. I started to see that like 6 years ago. I am now 22 year old and it ruins my life. I weight around 117kg, my height is 194cm, Body fat around 27%. I m working out atleast 3 times a week (formal pro athlete in shot put, been training since 12yo). I do have some problems with breathing, sometimes I stop, I got used to that because since young age my nose feels stuffy, but when I walk my nostrils open up and I breathe better, but I sweat not like a normal human being. Thyroid levels are fine, morning glucose levels goes up to 6.4, but HbA1c is normal level. Heart beat rate is also fine. Hemoglobin sometimes goes a bit up the normal levels. When the weather is colder I do sweat less in chest and back, but my armpits always completly wet. Im nearly dry when I sleep and for some reasons I don t sweat when I am getting drunk (I drank only 2 times in my life) and the next day I don t sweat too. What can be the problem? Thank you.
