Why Do I Sweat While Sleeping?

Whenever I sleep I sweat, day or night, it smells different but not foul. I have left lower quadrant pain, excessive gas and bloating whenever I eat, most times I can eat one meal a day and be sick the rest of the day but still have weight gain. My WBC's have been elevated when I go to the doctor lately. I have a strange discharge and cramps without menses.
