Why Do I Wake Up In The Middle Of The Night Gasping For Air Without A Blockage In Nose?

I go to sleep but wake up in the middle of the night as if my wind pipe is blocked and im gasping for air. bring a lot of mucus which is green in colour. I went to hospital as its happening more frequent and they put a camera into my nose . This showed that their is no blockage but im still struggling and waking up gasping for air

there are chances of sleep apnea as if nothing mechanical there can be sleep apnea as the oxyge level goes down while sleeping causing this
you need to get sleep studies done and treat accordingly to help out in your case
