Why Do I Always Lean To The Right Side?

Over the last few weeks I have been leaning to my right side. I don t realize I am doing it until I nearly fall to my right. I have had back surgery in 2009. The doctor left the hardware in place. I take high doses of pain meds and muscle relaxers. I seems to be doing everything leaning toward my right. I even drive close to the right shoulder. What could be causing this?

Hi,

Possibly you have hypotonia on the right side (compounded by muscle relaxant) due to the right cerebellar lesion. A neurological re-evaluation is needed assessing tone & muscle power on both sides apart from any other cerebellar sign like intention tremor, incoordination, dysmetria etc. Further workup will follow accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
