Why Do I Feel Like Blood Rush To My Brain When I Bend Down?

Am 36, 5' tall, 160pounds, had a baby 9months ago, today I was digging in my gardern for about an hr and it was very hot, so I tried to drink a lot of water but since then if l bent over to pick up something l feel like a blood rush to my brain, this has never happened to me before.
