Why Do I Feel Tightness In The Knee When I Bend It?

My knee feels lreally tight when I bend it and theres some swelling within the last few days. I had surgery done on it about 4 years ago and he just cleaned it up some on the inside so i'm not sure if it needs to be done again or if its something else.
