Why Do I Have Breathing Issues When I Sleep?

I am not sure if I should go to and allgery doctor or ear, nose or throat doctor.
I sleep on my side and depending what side I sleep on I cannot breath out the side of my nose, it is all stopped up.
The one side when I sleep I find that my top teeth are so tight, same thing do not bother me during the day. I have been checked by a denist and no problems.
I am fine during the day no problems.
