Why Do I Have Pain In Stomach And Anus During Periods?
Im on my period today Im having horrible pain in my lower stomach and in anus. I feel like i have to push but it hurts. I thought it was the tampon. nope. pain continued. hurts to walk, set and lean forward. I had the mirana IUD in for 3 yrs. Got it removed in Jan 2012. Can you help me understand what this pain is.

This pain can be due to muscle spasms along with constipation, so start lactulose syrup with antispasmodic like drotaverine.
