Why Do I Have Stiff Neck, Headache And Extreme Tiredness ?

Symptoms 19.Female brown throw up stiff neck eyes hurt to move feel extremely tired. whenever I move my head it hurts bad!  & today symptoms are my neck again hard to sleep comfortably & liquid diarrhea i work overnight from 10-6 yesterday morning as soon as I woke up I threw up. yesterday I ate a salad about 6pm, one slice of pizza & later on that night/morning at work i ha chicken nuggets & this is the 2nd time this problem is happening to me
