Why Do Infants Avoid Milk Intake?

Hi doctor, my son is 10 months old and he never drink breast milk, I have low breast milk from the starting so he used with bottle.Now he is not drinking bottle milk so I offer spoon feeding(milk), but he refused to it.he is so skinny. What should I do?

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
It may be due to bottle milk that you provide.
Bottle milk has chance of infection as compared to the breast milk.
Or either your daughter may be have milk allergy due to lactose intolerance.

Lactase, The enzyme that present in the intestine may be deficient or partially active
And baby can not digest milk that contain lactose.

So check for lactose intolerance.
