hi i have been having a problem for the last 3 months soon as i have ejaculated i loose my erection and my partner is not happy as i can not make here cum iam 50 years old which vascetomy 3 years ago which worried me and i seem to have lost some size when erect even my partner has mentiond this .the last couple of times i find it hard to get a erection while she is even trying to do this i am getting worried now can you help with this question
