Why Do My Arms And Fore Arms Ache Constantly?

my mouth feels strange tingling and numb i have no taste and i have just noticed large red spots at the back of my tongue and small pinkish/redish dots on right front of tongue that hurt...???? 39 yrs old female/ smoker/ 160lbs/inconclusive mri/xray/dopplar/blood tests for unexplained pains in both hands and forearms...aches all the time (3 yrs and worsening) and sharp knife like pains in forearms and wrists even when inactive...been off for 1 mth on short term for tests etc and all inconclusive and now the tongue thing...
