Hi i am 25years old i do workout everyday or alternate day for sure, masterbation everybody does ! i have started feeling my hands nd legs shivering i thought b coz of weight lifting but its not even if i dnt go to gym ? i take gud died to maintain my body weight till 70-75kgs matter of concern for me

hi;
as from query it seems that by unconscious mind you have become victim of false ideas of masturbation
complains you get is purely psychic,underlying cause is masturbation, you do not worry about your habit,develop self confidence, think positive and you will be fine..
