Why Do My Testicles Seem To Have A Smaller One Attached To It?

I notice that one my testacles has what seems to be a smaller one attached to it. It s feels like something else but not sure what it is. I had vesectomy a few years ago and had an infection that took weeks to clear up. Not sure what s going on now?
