Hello doctor i am very confused with my ultrasound result. How many weeks they add into it coz its very advance from the weeks i am expecting. The ultrasound normally shows the approximate gestation of the baby. It may not be entirely accurate but would be range of at least plus/minus 2 weeks.

This means there may be a slight discrepancy between your expected age and the date seen on ultrasound.
