Why Doctor Could Not View The Right Tube Properly Due Spasm?

hi i went in for an hsg test yesterday. My doctor told me that left fallopian tube is perfectly fine but she could not view right tube properly due spasm. She also confirmed that one tube being fine is enough for a women to get pregnant. I seem to be very confused with her response.Please advise

Your doctor has rightly said that only one patent Fallopian tube can lead to normal pregnancy.
Ova are released form each side alternatively,so it shouldn't cause any problem.
Non visualization of right Fallopian tube may be due to spasm or cornual block.
You don't worry at all.
