Why Does A Baby's Heart Not Beat In A Pregnancy?

T-Nagar, Last week that is on Feb 19th i got aborted. My last mensuration cycle date is on 21-Dec-2010, i undergone scan on 05-Feb-2011 in that scan it shows that heart beat of babay was not found, at once we consulted doctor as per her advice i have taken H1 5000 injection then doctor asked me to come on 26-feb-2011 with scan, meanwhile on 18-Feb-2011 i got bleeding at once i went to doctor she asked to me take scan on 19th in scan report is showed the impression as missed absortion. later we removed the baby with the help of tablet. now please tell y the heart beat of baby was not developed. but one thing i have not take rest i was going to office climbing up minimum 20 steps vice versa.

Hi welcome to HCM...

You had developed abortion of embryo....

The causes are many ....Ambulation like you have mentioned 20 steps on staircase not leading abortion...
But if overexertion is there than it can be causative .....

If you had history of trauma than also it can occur ....

Rule out diabetis by blood sugar estimation as it is related to abortion....

Get your pelvic examination done because uterine anomaly leads this ...Scan also done .
Vaginal swab taken if suspecting infection...

And of course chromosomal abnormalities is also one of the common cause for abortion ..Molecular study needed for it ...

If heart activity not seen that means embryo might be died in utero....
