Why Does An Organ Inside My Chest Skips A Beat After Smoking?

i dont really smoke tobacco on a daily basis but on weekends me n my spose can smoke a pack of black n miles on saturday. This happends almost every weekend and sometimes when i smoke i feel like an organ inside my body skips a beat somewhere under my chest area. Wht could this be
