Dear Doctor: When i talk loudly or argue aggressively i have noticed getting blood from my mouth. First time i experienced 2 months ago, again today i while arguing aggressively i got blood mixed with my saliva. Hi welcome to healthcare magic,

For this condition, immediately consult an ENT surgeon, and get an endoscopy done.
also consult the Pulmonary consultant.

Get xray chest done.
