Why Does Coffee And Alcohol Cause Severe Itching In My Vagina?

hi, i have a severly itchy vagina externally and its red ive not scratched it, the skin inbetween is painfull to touch and has slight bleeding, i feel ike i need to pee alot and my pee is dehydrated it gets worse if i drink alot of coffee or alcohol please help age 22
