Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i am 29 years old and got married 3 months before but in this time i not intercourse with in my younger age use to masterbulate everyday due to that reason while masterbulate i get erection and sperm come out. But time of intercourse its not erecting. Please advice me how to over come with this problem .
It sounds like you are able to obtain and maintain an erection usually, but not during intercourse. This means you likely don't have anything physically wrong with your penis, but rather experience "performance anxiety," that is, you get nervous when you are trying to have sex, and this anxiety makes it difficult to obtain and maintain an erection. There are therapies for this, mostly involving talking with your wife about this problem, and working with her together so you are less anxious and she is able to experience sex pleasurably with you. There are also medications available to treat erectile dysfunction, such as sildenafil (Viagra).
I hope this helps.
