Why Does Feet Swell While Diagnosed With Cervical Cancer?
my friend has cancer in rt lung, they removed half the lung, we were told she also has cervical cancer, also has gotten into her bloodstream, doing a test this week to see if it is in the brain, but today her feet are swollen really bad,,, why does that happen?

1.It happens because of the changes in the blood, there will be thrombus (blood clots ) which will pass all the way and may obstruct the blood passage in the vessel and cause swelling and pain.
2.It generally seen in the patient with late stage of cancer.
3.I would suggest get followup scans to get treated accordingly.
