Why Does Heart Beat Fast? Why Does Left Hand Hurt? Advise
i am male, 27yrs old, constantly feeling like my heart beats faster than normal( palpitation ). sometimes i feel a slight pain in my left arm , i get tired easily, fall asleep alot and still feel weak when i wake up. i feel like there is lack of blood in my arm and feet anytime i do not sit properly or i rest on my hands. please advice Thank you

As you are saying that you are feeling constant palpitation it looks like sinus tachycardia as the cause for palpitation.
Underlying cause may be hyperthyroidism, Anemia( as you feel easy fatiguability and weakness),
anxiety or structural heart abnormality like Mitral Valve Prolapse.
You get some routine blood test like hemoglobin, thyroid test, ECG, ECHOCARDIOGRAM
I think you will have solution of your problem after these test
