Why Does It Smell Like Elmer S Glue Under The Breasts And An Odor At The Buttocks?

Hi Dr., under my breast smell like Elmer s glue I wash under them I put baby powder under them and nothing seems to help also when I get out the shower my behind still smells bad I wash with soap in there and it still has a slight butt tinge I use wipes after I finish using the restroom to make sure it s clean. Should I be concerned and what should I do?
