When there is wound on our body surface,many nerve endings gets exposed at the site.When they comes in contact with any phisical/chemical(like dettol) triggers,we feel pain.
Dettol is not to be applied as such on the wound.It need to be diluted,to avoid tissue damage/excessive pain.
