Hi,
Thanks for writing to hcm.
Kindly donot feel shy. A medical condition is nothing to be scared or shy off.
Do you have any rectal bleeding or excessive pain during passing stools?

Kindly inform your parents to take you to the physician to carry out further investigations like proctoscopy to rule out haemorrhoids.

Kindly eat foods rich in fibres to avoid such problems in future.Eat lots of vegetables , fresh fruits and drink lots of water.

Regards,
Dr.Riyanka
