Why Does My Chest Feel Tight At The Start Of Drinking Alcohol But Then Subside After A Few Minutes?

What does it mean when I get a tight chest when I start drinking alcohol? More in depth is I would say the alcohol content of beer or anything higher makes my chest tight when I start drinking. However a few minutes later the feeling subsides. But the tightness always occur when I start drinking when I m sober.
